At Noma Projects, we strive for excellence in every jar and bottle; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept physical returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and the shipping label as soon as your order arrives.

Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate based on our quality standards.
Resolution
